There are tires to scamper up and climb through, a slide you can race down, a fisherman's net you can climb or get tangled in, and a fireman's pole to slide down, then a rock all to climb - so much to do. And when you are done, Tim the Timber Wolf suggests you start all over again. But he knows your kids won't need the suggestion, because they will just keep it up all day until you have to drag them back into the house.
Fitness starts with parents showing their kids that fitness is important. You can do this by modeling good fitness behavior and being active, and also by providing fun things for your kids to play with and be active. If you're exercising and having fun, it's likely that your kids will follow your lead and understand that exercising can be tons of fun. Going outside and start climbing and sliding, kicking a ball around and enjoying an active outdoor game. You won't have to nag your kids to go outside when you have such a great backyard toy.
